F5 Services Support Renewal

The Olathe Public Schools USD #233 is seeking bids for the renewal of its annual maintenance for its F5 LTM virtual load balancer. The contract will be for a 1-year term, starting on October 1, 2026, and ending on September 30, 2027. The bidder must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Authorized Channel Partner and have the required certification/specialization level to support the product sale and pricing. The bidder must also provide a copy of the End User license agreement and warrant that all OEM software is licensed originally to the buyer as the original licensee authorized to use the OEM software. • The scope of work includes the renewal of the F5 LTM virtual load balancer, including all necessary materials, equipment, management, superintendence, labor, and services. • The bidder must submit a sealed electronic bid, which will be publicly unsealed and opened at the specified time and date. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. • The bidder must provide proof of insurance, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and umbrella liability insurance. • The bidder must comply with the Kansas Act Against Discrimination and the Americans with Disabilities Act. • The bidder must provide a warranty for the products and services provided, including a commitment to maintain the highest degree of skill and workmanship.
