Food and Catering Services

The Plano Independent School District (PISD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide food catering services to the District. The services will be provided on an "as-needed" basis, and orders shall be delivered to any of the PISD school/department locations or picked up by the participating school/department. The catering services can include bakery delicacies, platters and trays, boxed lunches, deli sandwiches, pizzas, desserts, food trucks, and beverages. Each individual school/department will place orders using an approved purchase order or credit card. The contract will be for one year, with the option to extend for five additional one-year periods. • The District is looking for vendors that can provide high-quality food and catering services at competitive prices. • Vendors must be able to deliver to all PISD locations or have limited delivery locations. • Vendors must be able to provide a variety of menu options, including bakery delicacies, platters and trays, boxed lunches, deli sandwiches, pizzas, desserts, food trucks, and beverages. • Vendors must be able to provide disposable plates, silverware, napkins, cups/glasses, and condiments as requested. • Vendors must be able to keep all applicable health standards current.
