Public Works Department Benchmarking & Strategic Plan

The City of Keene is seeking a qualified consulting firm to perform a comprehensive review of the Public Works Department operations and develop a long-term strategic plan. The selected consultant will review existing plans and policies, assess current operations, benchmark practices and performance, and develop a practical implementation roadmap. The project aims to build upon the significant work already completed in asset management and capital planning by creating a broader strategic framework for department operations, workforce planning, performance measurement, and alignment with City Council goals.
