SUNY Schenectady (College) is accepting quotes from qualified, responsive, and responsible Natural Gas suppliers and brokers to provide fixed-price Natural Gas supply. Pricing shall be firm, fixed, and all-inclusive on a $/therm basis for each 3-year and 5-year term for the full contract term following contract execution. Quotes shall cover all labor and materials to perform services in conformity with this Request for Quotations (RFQ). Deadline for submission of questions from Interested Bidders: October 26, 2026 (2 pm) Answers to questions will be provided in the form of an addendum to be posted (NYS CR and BidNet Direct) not later than November 3, 2026 Please allow ample time for delivery of bid proposals when using courier services.
