MI Cryostat and Accessories

The College of Letters and Science at Montana State University is seeking to procure a MI Cryostat and Accessories. The system should be "cryogen-free", require only ultra-high purity He-4 gas refrigerant, and support "push-button" operation. The base temperature must be < 4K, and the sample chamber volume must permit mounting and thermalization of a 200mm wafer. The system must also support a minimum of 4 fiber-optical accesses and 11 thermalized electrical accesses. • The system must be accessible for use to researchers without extensive cryogenic expertise. • The system must support a minimum of 4 fiber-optical accesses from room temperature to the sample platform. • The system must support a minimum of 11 thermalized electrical accesses capable of transmitting signals up to 18GHz from room temperature to terminations on the sample platform. • The system must incorporate low-vibration thermal link to sample mount.
