Datacenter Network Refresh

Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is seeking a turnkey, fully operational network refresh for its two datacenters, replacing the existing Cisco ACI fabric with a new 100 Gbps spine‑leaf architecture. Vendors may submit a complete Arista system, a complete Cisco system, or individual additional equipment items. The scope includes supply of all hardware, software, licensing, support, and implementation services; on‑site configuration, migration of workloads, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer. LISD will provide detailed equipment lists and pricing worksheets; partial system bids for Arista or Cisco are not permitted, but line‑item quotes for additional equipment are allowed. The project must be executed on‑site, with the district’s engineers handling physical installation.
