IDEA Public Schools is seeking a turnkey solution to refresh Category‑2 (CAT 2) network infrastructure at eight Texas campuses. The vendor must supply, deliver, install, configure, test, and document E‑Rate‑eligible networking equipment (switches, wireless access points, cabling, power supplies) and remove legacy hardware. Compliance with E‑Rate program rules, provision of a valid SPIN and FCCRN, and adherence to FCC regulations are mandatory. Proposals are due Oct 21, 2026; a virtual pre‑proposal meeting is scheduled for Sep 11, 2026 (non‑mandatory).
