Request for Proposal for Workers' Compensation Claims Administration

The City of San Leandro is soliciting proposals from qualified Third-Party Administrators (TPA) for administration of the City’s self-insured worker’s compensation program. The CITY will consider proposals with a minimum three-year contract and options for multi-year extensions of the contract. The CITY requires a vendor who demonstrates an innovative and effective claims management process that is streamlined and user-friendly, has a strong customer service focus, robust reporting features paired with reliable technology infrastructure, proactive and consistent management of employee/claimant occupational absences, competitive rates and fees, and the ability and willingness to comply with the CITY’s performance standards.
