Description
The Kentucky Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide medical laboratory services for the Robert E. Spiller Bowling Green Veterans Center. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing laboratory services, including collection of samples, pickup of specimens, test results submission to the facility, and other related services. The vendor must comply with all federal and state laws and regulations governing laboratory services and maintain all required insurances for vendor employees and facility.
• Provide laboratory services as ordered by the attending physician/nurse practitioner
• Comply with all federal and state laws and regulations governing laboratory services
• Maintain all required insurances for vendor employees and facility
• Provide orientation in-services to BGVC directly related to the use of laboratory services
• Comply with HIPAA and other applicable laws and regulations
