The Narragansett Bay Commission (NBC) seeks a qualified investment advisory and management firm to oversee both short‑term liquidity and capital‑proceeds portfolios for a public‑sector client in Rhode Island. The scope includes custodial‑style cash‑equivalent services (short‑term liquidity) with a required net‑of‑fees yield at least 5 bps above the Ocean State Investment Pool, and advisory services for medium‑term capital‑proceeds assets, including broker‑dealer due diligence, monthly transaction and performance reporting, and quarterly presentations to the NBC Board. The contract will initially run for three years with up to two one‑year renewal options, and NBC may award either or both service categories to one or multiple firms. • Manage approximately $177.7 million in assets (≈ $11 M short‑term, $166 M capital‑proceeds). • Deliver monthly portfolio transaction and performance reports, annual cash‑flow analyses, and benchmark recommendations. • Must be a SEC‑registered investment adviser, have ≥ 10 years experience with public‑sector portfolios, and have served at least five municipal/public clients and three $250 M+ portfolios.
