Budget estimate

$40,000 – $70,000

Based on typical market rates for specialty epoxy coatings (roughly $40–$70 per gallon) and the required quantities (268 gal prime + 580 gal top ≈ 848 gal total), the material cost alone would range from $34,000 to $59,000. Adding delivery, handling, and any applicable taxes could push the total contract value into the $40,000–$70,000 range. This estimate assumes no additional labor services are required, as the contract is for product supply only.
