Supply or Supply and Deliver Rock Material

Yavapai County is seeking qualified vendors to supply and, where required, deliver a variety of rock materials (driveway rock, drain rock, various size stone, ABC‑type material, etc.) on a “as‑needed” basis throughout the contract term. The contract will commence on December 1, 2026 for an initial one‑year period, with the possibility of up to four additional one‑year extensions. Bids must be submitted electronically via the OpenGov Procurement Portal by 1:30 pm MT on October 29, 2026. The award is anticipated on November 18, 2026.
