The City of Columbus, Division of Sewerage and Drainage, is soliciting bids for a Universal Term Contract for the purchase of Emotron Parts and Services. The contract will be in effect until July 31, 2029. Bidders are required to quote on the items listed, hourly and overtime service rates, and submit a price list for items not specifically listed. The bidder must have experience in providing this type of equipment and warranty service. • The contract includes the provision of Emotron Parts and Services, including but not limited to transformers, gate drive boards, temperature and current boards, and more. • The bidder must provide references from four separate equipment sales, with projects of similar scope, complexity, and cost. • The bidder must also provide insurance certificates, including liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive and responsible bid.
