Operational Support Contracted Services (Opening #2)

The Education Service Center Region 13 (ESC Region 13) is seeking qualified vendors to provide operational support contracted services. The services include, but are not limited to, access control, air conditioning and heating maintenance, commercial ceiling tile services, commercial door maintenance, and more. Vendors will be selected based on their ability to meet the requirements of the contract award. The contract will be for a term of approximately two years, with the option for ESC Region 13 to terminate the contract at any time. • The vendor must have experience in providing similar services to educational institutions or government agencies. • The vendor must be able to provide a comprehensive plan for delivering the services, including staffing, equipment, and materials. • The vendor must be able to meet the requirements of the contract award, including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The vendor must be able to provide proof of insurance and bonding, as required by the contract.
