The State of North Dakota’s IT Department is seeking a non‑competitive, statewide managed VoIP and fax solution (BEK Connect) to supplement Microsoft Teams for locations that cannot use Teams. The vendor will provide IP trunking, DID blocks, feature packs, conference bridges, call recording, reporting, fax services, optional hardware, and 24/7 technical support with a 4‑hour on‑site response guarantee.
