Haralson County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide managed phone and circuit services for its local government operations over a three‑year period (Jan 1 2027 – Jan 1 2030). The contract will cover provisioning of a dedicated voice circuit, installation and support of existing Polycom handsets, provision of ATA devices for fax‑over‑IP, auto‑attendant, hunt groups, presence features, and full integration with the county’s current IT infrastructure. The vendor must work closely with the county’s IT provider, deliver detailed architectural documentation, and provide ongoing maintenance, support, and reporting.
