Tulsa Public Schools is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive employment‑based immigration legal services for its workforce, including teachers, administrators, and support staff. The scope includes handling visa applications (J‑1, H‑1B, F‑1 to H‑1B conversions), PERM labor certifications, green card sponsorships, responding to Requests for Evidence, and developing standard operating procedures for immigration processes. • Manage a portfolio of ~40‑50 immigration cases spanning J‑1, H‑1B, F‑1, PERM, and green card filings.
• Provide legal advice, RFE responses, and representation before USCIS; maintain a target RFE rate of ≤25 % and high approval success.
• Develop/standardize SOPs, KPIs, and integration guidance (currently using MUNIS HRIS, no data integration with counsel).
• Collaborate with internal teams (Talent, General Counsel, International Teacher Program) to streamline case processing and reporting.
