Equipment Lease

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to lease new, state-of-the-art Endoscopy equipment for the Operating Room, ENT Clinic, and Urology Clinic at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center. The lease includes delivery, installation, integration, training, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and full service support. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, parts, materials, tools, and supervision required to fulfill this lease requirement. All equipment must be new, FDA-cleared, medical-grade, and compliant with VA and NFPA safety standards. • The contractor shall provide on-site initial staff training, follow-up training within 14 days of VA request, and training on equipment operation, cleaning, safety, and troubleshooting. • The contractor shall provide all repairs, labor, parts, and travel at no additional cost. • The contractor shall provide loaner equipment if the equipment is inoperable for more than 48 hours. • The contractor shall support DICOM image and video export, provide compatibility with Vista/CPRS workflows, and supply integration specifications for future EMR transitions. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations applicable to its performance under this contract.
