The City of Charlotte Aviation Department seeks a qualified vendor to design, deliver, and manage high‑capacity Internet and WAN fiber‑optic circuits for Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The contract covers provisioning of primary and backup Internet services (minimum 10 Gbps primary, 1 Gbps backup), multiple Ethernet WAN links to various airport sites, 24 × 7 network operations center monitoring, redundancy, security services, and ongoing performance reporting.
