The Tennessee Air National Guard intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to COMCAST GOVERNMENT SERVICES, LLC for Business Internet Gigabit Extra services with a minimum of 1.25 Gbps/35Mbps download speeds within the Memphis Air National Guard Base. The contractor will provide a service/repair phone number to the government and begin work on "service interruptions" promptly. • The NAICS code for this procurement is 517111, with a size standard of 1,500 employees. • The procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) "soliciting from a single source." • Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations by the specified deadline. • Responses received will be evaluated, but the Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
