Description
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is opening a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) to gather innovative solutions for small‑uncrewed aerial systems and related asymmetric capabilities. The CSO establishes a 12‑month window (ending 3 Sept 2027) during which the Air Force will issue individual “Problem Statement Calls” that may require a solution brief, a pitch, and/or a full proposal. No funding is attached to the initial posting; interested vendors must be prepared to submit Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing and meet data‑rights requirements. Awards may be made under Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) or FAR‑based contracts, with the possibility of follow‑on production contracts without additional competition.
