The U.S. Army’s Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal has issued a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) to acquire innovative commercial technologies, items, and services that will modernize the Stryker Family of Vehicles (FoV). The CSO remains open continuously until May 7 2031, and companies must respond only to individual Areas of Interest (AoIs) posted on SAM.gov. The process uses a streamlined three‑phase evaluation (solution brief, presentation/pitch, and commercial solution proposal) and may result in fixed‑price FAR‑Part‑12 contracts or OTA agreements. No cost reimbursement is provided for proposal preparation.
