Lease of Municipal Property for Wireless Communications Facility

The Town of Carlisle is seeking proposals from qualified wireless communications providers for the lease of a portion of a Town-owned utility pole located at 2 Proctor Road, Carlisle, Massachusetts, for the installation and operation of wireless communications equipment. The lease shall be for a period of ten years, with four five-year extension options. The proposer shall obtain all permits and pay all costs associated with the proposer's equipment. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality, to negotiate lease terms with the successful proposer, to award the lease to the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Town, and/or to reject any or all proposals if it is in the public interest to do so.
