Telescopic Seating Repair – Marshall Health Network Arena

The City of Huntington is seeking West Virginia‑licensed contractors to inspect, repair, and/or replace components of the telescopic seating system at the Marshall Health Network Arena. The work includes a detailed condition assessment, corrective actions to address loose clamps, bent or missing armrests, p‑rail hardware deficiencies, and any other code‑compliant deficiencies identified under ICC Code 300. The contractor must provide recommendations, itemized cost estimates, and execute repairs/replacements as required. • Scope covers inspection of all top‑side and underneath seating elements, identification of defective hardware, and remediation per ICC and industry standards. • Primary work items include tightening or replacing seat clamps, armrest brackets, p‑rail pins/bushings, and replacing whole seats or components where necessary. • Contractor must coordinate onsite assessment with arena staff (Michael Sullivan, Marisa Milum) and submit a detailed report with repair/replacement recommendations and cost breakdown.
