The Permanency and Connections Expert (PACE)

The State of Michigan's Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a proposal for The Permanency and Connections Expert (PACE) to provide services to support the state's child welfare system. The selected bidder will be responsible for providing PACE recruiter services, permanency review facilitation services, and technical assistance and outreach. The contract is expected to begin on October 1, 2026, and will run for three years with the option for two one-year renewals.
