Description
The General Services Administration seeks a small‑business automotive service provider to fully outfit a 2026 Ford F‑350 with a detailed Bill of Materials, including cab extensions, winch, utility body, hitch, backup camera, and interior compartments. All work must be performed under the manufacturer’s warranty, comply with EPA and OSHA regulations, and be completed within 120 days of order receipt. The vendor must have a repair facility within 75 mi of Loveland, CO, be fully insured, hold a valid business license, and be registered in SAM.
• Install cab‑to‑axle extension, front bumper with 12 k lb winch, and running boards.
• Build and fit a steel, enclosed utility body (8‑9 ft, ≤100 in height) with barn‑door double doors, windows, security screens, and multiple interior compartments with lighting, shelves, and locking.
• Add a Class 5 receiver hitch (≥18 000 lb) with SAE‑J2863 trailer plug, and a backup camera with protected mount.
• Ensure all components are covered by manufacturer warranties, maintain SDS on site, and adhere to local labor wage rules.
