DIDS Organizational Change Management

The State of Delaware is seeking a vendor to provide project management and execution of organizational change management for the Delaware Integrated Data System (DIDS) team. The selected vendor will assist in the creation of stakeholder engagements, building an ongoing communication plan, identifying gaps in process and governance, and facilitation of collaborative engagements with DIDS stakeholders. The vendor will also provide best practices research, assist in the recruitment of committee members, and collaborate with the DIDS team to build a sustainable governance structure. Key responsibilities include: • Governance: Provide best practices research, assist in the recruitment of committee members, and collaborate with the DIDS team to build a sustainable governance structure. • Communication: Build a communication plan, provide content for messaging, and facilitate discussion meetings. • Manage the facilitation of the Annual Conference: Execute the agenda, manage the budget, and ensure physical logistics. • Business Process Improvement: Assist the DIDS team in identifying process and standards gaps, host brainstorming sessions, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
