PIP-II CM 2K Pressure Safety Device - Rupture Disks

The Fermilab PIP‑II project requires the design, manufacture, testing, labeling, and delivery of cryogenic rupture‑disk assemblies (including burst‑alert sensors) for the CM 2K helium distribution system. The work involves 33 custom‑fabricated Inconel rupture‑disk cartridges (30 high‑set, 3 low‑set) that must meet ASME Section VIII NB/UD certification, strict helium leak‑rate limits, and specific flange and labeling requirements. Delivery is FOB Destination to Batavia, IL, under DAP Incoterms, with FNAL handling import clearance for any foreign shipments.
