Massport Net Zero Implementation & Renewable Energy Advisory Support

Massport is seeking one or more consulting firms to provide ongoing advisory, technical, and program‑management support for its Net Zero Initiative, encompassing greenhouse‑gas inventory, renewable‑energy procurement strategy, and stakeholder engagement across its aviation, maritime, and real‑estate operations. The contract will be task‑order based, with an initial one‑year term and optional extensions at Massport’s discretion. • Conduct and maintain Scope 1‑3 GHG inventories, develop scorecards, dashboards, and implementation roadmaps. • Advise on renewable‑energy procurement (RECs, carbon offsets, PPAs/VPPAs) and evaluate related market, policy, and technology trends. • Provide communications and community‑outreach materials, and support stakeholder engagement with tenants, airlines, maritime partners, and neighboring communities. • Coordinate with internal departments (Capital Programs, Sustainable Design, Finance, Legal) to integrate decarbonization goals into capital projects and operations. • Deliver periodic reports, technical memoranda, and executive briefings to Massport leadership.
