Statewide Recreational Vehicles

The Idaho Division of Purchasing is requesting bids from qualified vendors to establish multiple statewide contracts for the purchase of current model year recreational vehicles, including UTVs, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles. The contracts will be mandatory for all State of Idaho agencies and optional for public agencies. The vendor must provide a fully burdened rate, including title application, dealer fees, operating and personnel expenses, and profit. The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew or extend for up to five years. • The vendor must be an authorized distributor for the manufacturer of the recreational vehicle offered. • The vendor must provide proof of being an authorized distributor with their bid. • The vendor must comply with Idaho Code, Section 49, Chapter 16, "Dealers and Salesmen Licensing". • The vendor must provide a current copy of their license to sell vehicles with their bid submission documents. • The contract will include a price adjustment clause, which allows the contractor to propose a price increase from the manufacturer, strictly for the base cost of the vehicle, with each new model year offered.
