Respondents must provide company information, product details, pricing (if available), and any existing GSA or other contract vehicle coverage. The solicitation is not a formal request for proposals; it is purely for acquisition planning. • Quantity: 11 mattresses, standard queen size (60” × 80”). • Core material: 100 % natural or blended latex (Talalay or Dunlop). • Height: 9‑16 inches, with adaptive support and pressure‑relief features. • Must meet 16 CFR Part 1632/1633 fire‑safety standards. • Must be compatible with hospital‑grade disinfectants and be hypoallergenic. • Lifetime (or minimum 10‑year) warranty required. • Vendors should indicate UEI, contact info, product part numbers, NSN, and any existing GSA/FedMall/NASA‑SEWP contract vehicles.
