Description
The Henrico County Government is seeking bids to fully demolish three existing buildings at 5500 Williamsburg Road, including removal of foundations, utilities, and site stabilization. Coordination with local utility providers will be required for any remaining connections. The scope includes abandonment of utilities where possible, removal of right‑of‑way utilities per code, and reseeding of the cleared area.
• Demolition of three structures, foundations, and associated utilities
