Maintenance, Transportation, and Security General Services

The Sherman Independent School District is seeking proposals for Maintenance, Transportation, and Security General Services. The district intends to award this contract to multiple vendors to provide a broad base of products to meet the needs of the district. Proposals shall include all labor, materials, superintendence, tools, and equipment necessary for completion of assigned work. • The contract will be awarded in the best interest of Sherman Independent School District. • The district is exempt from Federal Excise Tax and State Tax. • The district reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any bid. • All items and services being bid must conform to all appropriate local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and regulations.
