Maintenance, Transportation, and Security General Services

The Sherman Independent School District is seeking proposals for Maintenance and Transportation General Services. The district intends to award this contract to multiple vendors to provide a broad base of products to meet the needs of the district. Proposals shall include all labor, materials, superintendence, tools, and equipment necessary for completion of assigned work. The contract will be awarded in the best interest of the district, considering factors such as purchase price, reputation of the vendor, quality of goods or services, and the vendor's past relationship with the district. Key services include: HVAC supplies/equipment, general maintenance/supplies, electrical supplies/equipment, plumbing supplies/equipment, grounds supplies/equipment, custodial supplies/equipment, locks and keys equipment/supplies, equipment rental/supplies, security supplies/equipment, transportation supplies/equipment, food service supplies/equipment, vehicles (off-road and trailers), flooring supplies/equipment, and painting supplies/equipment.
