Maintenance, Transportation, and Security General Services

The Sherman Independent School District is seeking proposals for Maintenance and Transportation General Services. The district intends to award this contract to multiple vendors to provide a broad base of products to meet the needs of the district. Proposals shall include all labor, materials, superintendence, tools, and equipment necessary for completion of assigned work. The contract will be awarded in the best interest of the district. • The proposal includes various categories such as HVAC Supplies/Equipment, General Maintenance/Supplies, Electrical Supplies/Equipment, and more. • Vendors are required to provide a discount amount off of their catalog, price list, and/or shelf price. • The district reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals based on deviations or exceptions.
