Maintenance, Transportation, and Security General Services

The Sherman Independent School District is seeking proposals for Maintenance, Transportation, and Security General Services. The district intends to award this contract to multiple vendors to provide a broad base of products to meet the needs of the district. Proposals shall include all labor, materials, superintendence, tools, and equipment necessary for completion of assigned work. The contract will be awarded in the best interest of the district. • The proposal includes various categories such as HVAC supplies/equipment, general maintenance/supplies, electrical supplies/equipment, plumbing supplies/equipment, grounds supplies/equipment, custodial supplies/equipment, locks, keys equipment/supplies, equipment rental/supplies, security supplies/equipment, transportation supplies/equipment, food service supplies/equipment, vehicles: off-road and trailers, flooring supplies/equipment, and painting supplies/equipment. • Vendors are required to provide a discount amount off their catalog, price list, and/or shelf price for each category. • The district reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals based on deviations or exceptions. • The contract will be for a period of approximately 5 years, with the option to renew.
