Provide Welding Gas and Demurrage Cylinders

The Bossier Parish Community College is seeking bids for the provision of welding gas and demurrage cylinders. The contract will be for a term of 12 months, with the option to renew for four additional 12-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide various types of gases and supplies for use in college programs, with no quantities guaranteed. The bidder must maintain sufficient stock to enable requested deliveries to be made within 24 hours of order. * The contract period shall be from date of award through June 30, 2027 * The contract may be renewed for four additional 12-month periods * The bidder must maintain sufficient stock to enable requested deliveries to be made within 24 hours of order * The unit price of each item must be inclusive of freight charges * Prices shall be firm for acceptance for a minimum of 30 days
