The County of Paulding is soliciting sealed bids for the design‑build construction of an underground pressure‑reducing valve (PRV) and flow‑meter (FM) vault at the Richland Creek Water Treatment Plant. The work includes a precast concrete vault with access hatches and ladder, installation of new finished‑water and sample piping, supply and fit‑up of PRV, flow‑meter, isolation and bypass valves, and all related mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation connections to integrate with the existing plant control system.
