GENERAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT

Carroll Independent School District (CISD) is seeking proposals for general maintenance services, supplies, and equipment. The contract term is for the 2024-2025 school year with three additional one-year extensions. The scope of work includes general building and grounds maintenance, installation, and repair services on a time and material basis. The district intends to establish an approved vendor list for supplies, equipment, and installation and repair services. • The contract will be based on actual costs of each project. • The district reserves the right to request proposals and contract separately for major and/or construction-related projects. • Vendors must comply with the district's code of conduct, including background checks and non-discrimination policies. • The district may award contracts to multiple vendors supplying comparable products or services.
