RFP AERIAL BUCKET TRUCK, PARTS AND SERVICES ADDENDUM 1

The State of Vermont is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide Aerial Bucket Truck, Parts And Services. The contract will be for a period of Two years with an option to renew for up to three additional twelve-month periods. The scope of work includes the initial purchase of an industry-standard, insulated aerial bucket truck, possible future purchases of additional units, training for equipment operators and repair technicians, and parts and services. • The aerial bucket truck will be used to install traffic signals, replace traffic signal bulbs, install and replace parking lot lighting and hardware, and other various duties. • The contract requires a 5-year manufacturer parts and labor warranty, including road service mileage. • The contractor must provide a quote for shop labor on non-warranty repairs and for parts, with pricing honored for the period of the contract. • The State reserves the right to obtain clarification or additional information necessary to properly evaluate a proposal and to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause.
