Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellite Rental Services

The United States Forest Service (USFS) is seeking a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellite Rental Services to support the IT needs of Incident Management Teams (IMT), dispatch, and other fire support organizations/personnel. The contractor will be required to provide rental options for satellite services, including equipment such as satellite terminals, ruggedized cases, and power supplies. The contractor will also be responsible for providing operational satellite terminals, shipping equipment within 24 hours of order, and allowing local administration of devices. The contract will be for a period of one year, with options to extend for up to four additional years. The estimated ordering amount for this BPA is $20,355,000.00.
