RFP_Potential Acquisition of DTLA Office Building

The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms to assist with the potential acquisition of a Class A office building in Downtown Los Angeles. The selected firm will provide legal services, including advising on acquisition, negotiating and drafting agreements, and assisting with due diligence. The scope of work includes: • Advising on acquisition and negotiating agreements • Assisting with due diligence, including title, survey, leases, and environmental reports • Providing written legal opinions and other related legal services The City Attorney’s Office is looking for firms with substantial expertise and experience in Class A office building acquisitions, real estate financing, and design, construction, and property management matters.
