Menifee Drainage Improvement Project – Request for Qualifications

The City of Menifee is seeking qualified professional engineering firms to provide comprehensive engineering services for its Drainage Improvement Project, which involves replacing, upsizing, and rehabilitating multiple deficient culverts and related drainage infrastructure throughout the city. The scope includes surveying, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, design development, preparation of plans and specifications, cost estimating, agency coordination, bidding assistance, construction administration, and support in procuring and coordinating with a Construction Manager. Firms will be evaluated on experience, capacity, past performance, and local familiarity, with no price to be submitted initially; professional fees will be negotiated after selection. • Replace, upsize, and rehabilitate deficient culverts across Menifee. • Provide full engineering services: surveys, hydraulic analysis, design, specs, cost estimates, and construction administration. • Assist the City in selecting and coordinating with a Construction Manager for project implementation.
