Alterations To: Donald R. Kline Technical School - REBID

Questar III BOCES is soliciting sealed bids for alterations to the Donald R. Kline Technical School, located at 131 Union Turnpike, Hudson, NY 12534, under BCA Project No. 2024-085 (REBID). The project will be awarded under a multiple-prime contract system consisting of four separate contracts: Contract No. 1 – General Construction Contract No. 2 – Mechanical Contract No. 3 – Plumbing Contract No. 4 – Electrical All work shall be performed in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and applicable prevailing wage requirements. Bidders must satisfy the qualifications, bid security, and other requirements established in the bidding documents. A pre-bid conference and site review will be held on October 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Donald R Kline Technical School, 131 Union Turnpike, Hudson, NY 12534. The pre-bid conference wll be for all contracts. Sealed bids are due November 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Questar III BOCES, 10 Empire State Boulevard, Castleton, NY 12033.
