The renovation work is level two alteration, construction type IIB, E-Educational Group, includes but not limited to reconfiguration of mechanical systems, new and refurbished finishes, new doors, new exterior window lites, electrical and fire protection improvements. GC Scopes include: selective demolition, asbestos abatement, misc hazardous & special wastes, hydraulic cement underlayment, structural steel framing, fluted steel decking, decorative formed metal, misc rough carpentry, plastic laminate faced architectural cabinets, penetration firestopping, joint sealants, acoustical joint sealants, hm doors and frames, flush wood doors, door hardware, glazing, decorative glass glazing, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient base and accessories, resilient tile flooring, interior painting, wall and door protection, toilet bath and laundry accessories, solid surfacing countertops Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 18.00% WBE Goal: 12.00%
