DOWNTOWN CLEAN AND SAFE DISTRICT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The City of Portland is seeking to contract with Clean & Safe, Inc., for the provision of Downtown Clean and Safe District management services. The services include supplemental cleaning, security, business development, public policy, housing, and marketing and communications services within the District. The contract term is five years, and the estimated cost is $24,000,000.
