Webb County is seeking a highly qualified individual or group to provide special event decorating services at the existing Webb County Fairgrounds facilities. The selected respondent will be expected to work in conjunction with Webb County's promotion management company and Restaurant & Concession Operator throughout the term of the service agreement. The scope of services includes offering a variety of indoor and outdoor special event décor packages, providing vendor management services, and creating various space layouts for selected events with design elements included. The respondent must have industry-specific skills such as management of all aspects of the event planning process, collaboration with subcontractors, venue identification, menu development, and financial tracking of all events and related fees, expenditures, and revenues. • Special event decorating services for weddings, Quinceaneras, birthday parties, graduations, and other events • Vendor management services • Capability to create various space layouts for selected events with design elements included • Provision of swatches of linen, centerpieces, and table layout/seating options • Catering services as part of special event packages • Games and other activities corresponding to events • Music setups, when required • An experienced special event coordinator who can order, purchase, dispense, inventory, track, control, and handle products, materials, and supplies involved in the operation of the Special Events Decorating Services
