Description:
The State of Vermont is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide Call Center Services for Unemployment Insurance Claims Processing. The contract will be for a period of one year with an option to renew for up to four additional twelve-month periods. The successful respondent will thoroughly address the State’s needs at the lowest responsible/available cost. • The contractor will provide call center services for unemployment insurance claims processing and fact-finding. • The contractor will work with Labor Staff to provide the services/deliverables outlined in the RFP. • The contractor must comply with all applicable standards, orders, or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. • The contractor must report each violation to the State of Vermont and understand that the State of Vermont will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the appropriate Environmental Protection Agency Regional Office.
