The U.S. Embassy in San Salvador is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver a set of ballistic protective equipment, specifically 30 NIJ Level IIIA Ops‑Core helmets (24 Medium, 6 Large) and two ballistic shields (one 21″×36″ Level III+ and one 20″×30″ Level III). All items must be brand‑new, meet strict NIIC performance standards, contain no Chinese‑origin components, and be delivered in a single shipment within 90 days of award. The contract will be awarded on a lowest‑price‑acceptable basis and requires the contractor to have an active SAM registration, at least five years of experience supplying NIJ‑certified gear, and to provide OEM traceability and warranty documentation.
