Americorps Competitive Grant Applications 2026-2027

The State of Delaware’s Division of Social Services is seeking a professional‑services vendor to design, implement, and manage AmeriCorps competitive grant projects for the FY 2026‑2027 cycle. The vendor must operate all program activities within Delaware, align with one or more federal AmeriCorps focus areas, and handle full grant‑administration duties—including application preparation, reporting, compliance, and member support—without subcontracting. The contract is a two‑year base period with up to three optional one‑year renewals, and all quoted prices must remain fixed through August 31 2027. • Provide end‑to‑end AmeriCorps grant management (application, reporting, compliance). • Deliver services in at least one AmeriCorps focus area (e.g., community service, youth mental health, veteran support, environmental stewardship, etc.). • Maintain strict data residency, insurance, background‑check, and reporting requirements; no subcontracting permitted.
